Way Finder is the perfect app for when your hiking out in the bush and need to locate yourself on a topographic map. Way Finder uses the iPhone's built in GPS to tell you your latitude, longitude and altitude.
But why not just use Apple's Maps app? The Maps app is great for when your in the city and you can easily orient yourself using street names, but when your in the bush a blue dot on a sea of green isn't that useful.

The future
What dose the future hold for Way Finder? Well we are looking into calculating bearings and logging way points, but in the end whatever will be, will be. The future's not ours, to see.
